Their commitment to advocacy, evaluation, and collaboration on solutions ensures that our work is guided by real-world experiences and a deep understanding of the challenges survivors face

Will Rivera

Managing Director at My Own Image | Nonprofit Leader & Policy Advocate for Preventing Tech-Facilitated Sexual Violence

Will Rivera (he/him) is the Managing Director at My Own Image, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to prevent technology-facilitated sexual violence and inform public understanding and societal responses to these crimes. Through his policy work, he has helped to secure millions in state funding and played a role in getting key policies passed to support survivors. Previously a Victim Specialist at the human services agency Opportunities for Otsego, he worked his way up to Executive Director at New York State Coalition Against Sexual Assault where he oversaw 70 statewide programs that assist hundreds of thousands of people get the support they needed.

Chaman Ajjan

Licensed Psychotherapist, CEO & Clinical Director | CBT, Sex Therapy & Mindfulness Expert | Advocate for Women Survivors

Chamin Ajjan, LCSW, A-CBT, CST is a licensed psychotherapist, author, and the CEO & Clinical Director of Chamin Ajjan Psychotherapy. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), sex therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, ensuring a supportive and inclusive therapeutic space.


A passionate advocate for women survivors of childhood sexual abuse, Chamin created a specialized therapy group over two decades ago and has remained dedicated to developing innovative programming to support survivors in their healing journey.

A Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, Chamin is also a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator and serves on the Mindful Leader Advisory Council and the Board of the National Social Anxiety Center (NSAC). She is the author of the award-winning mindfulness-based book Seeking Soulmate: Ditch The Dating Game and Find Real Connection and has been featured in CNBC, The Today Show, The Washington Post, Newsweek, Glamour, Essence, and more.
